And we didnt do it by just picking easy races.
| Our founder,
John Franzén, managed Leon Panettas first
campaign for Congress, defeating a 14-year incumbent
in a district that had been a Republican stronghold
for four decades. Our firm then produced eight consecutive
Panetta reelection campaigns, driving his share of
the vote routinely over 70 percent. |

Other challenger and open-seat candidates we've helped to elect
include Congressmen Tim Roemer (IN-3), Collin Peterson
(MN-7), David Skaggs (CO-2) and Sam Farr (CA-17).
In addition,
we produced the memorable reelection campaign of Senator
J. Bennett Johnston (D-LA) against a very strong challenge
by David Duke. Our famous TV ad revealing Duke at a cross-burning
eliminated more than one-third of his support, as measured
by tracking polls, in three days, and won us four national
awards.
| Were also well versed
in initiative campaigns. In 2000, for example, we
produced the media that defeated the California School
Voucher Initiative (Proposition 38) by a margin
of 71-29, despite a $30 million campaign by the measure's
proponents. |
